Kevan Moffett is a physical hydrologist in the School of the Environment and is located on the Washington State University Vancouver campus. Her research and teaching span natural and built environments, with particular foci on soil moisture-plant-water interactions and surface water-groundwater interactions. She earned a PhD in Hydrogeology and Earth System Science from Stanford in 2010 and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Yale in 2002.
