Rick Watts is a Professor in Civil & Environmental Engineering at WSU Pullman. He has a BS in Environmental Toxicology from UC Davis and a PhD in Civil & Environmental Engineering at Utah State University. His research interest is in physicochemical treatment processes, particularly chemical oxidations applied to the treatment of contaminated soils and groundwater.
