Dave Christensen is the Policy and Program Manager for the Washington Department of Ecology Water Resources Program. For the last five years, he has lead a team that develops state rules and policies, and works with the legislature on changes to water resource laws. He has worked in environmental health and natural resource protection programs for state and local government for more than twenty years. Dave holds a BS degree from the University of Washington in Fisheries Biology and an MS in Limnology and Oceanography from the University of Wisconsin.
