Short Courses – Hydraulic Modeling for River Restoration

River Restoration Northwest is partnering with The Portland State Environmental Professional Program (PSU EPP) to offer two hydraulic modeling courses this fall.

EPP 234 – HEC-RAS Steady Open Channel Flow Modeling Emphasizing Stream Restoration

EPP 501 – Hydraulics Analysis using HEC-RAS 2D
Instructor: Chris Goodell, PE, M.Eng.
Dates: October 7-9, 2024
Format: In-Person
Location: McMenamin’s Kennedy School. Lunch will be provided.
Cost: $800

These courses can be taken stand alone or can be used to meet the requirements for the River Restoration Certificate or the Advanced River Restoration Certificate. They can also be taken in sequence. There are no prerequisites for either course.
